Interesting Fact:

While in Medical School, Dr. Mittman spent a year studying with an orthopedic spine surgeon. They would fly a two seater plane every week to Northern Arizona where he would assist with office visits and observe spine surgeries.

Dr. Mittman graduated Sonoran University of Health Sciences in 2016, focusing heavily on regenerative injections and pain management. He joined Su Clinica del Valle in 2017, drawn to the fast pace energy of a walk-in-clinic. In the past eight years he has helped thousands of patients across generations of families manage acute and chronic conditions. 

While he loves treating the common cold and upset stomachs, his true passion is helping his patients regain mobility and relieve pain through regenerative injections. His goal is to keep people away from surgeries (especially knee replacements) as long as possible. Through innovative physical exam and diagnostic tests he can help you determine the best way to treat your chronic joint pain. 

When he is not working, Dr. Mittman can usually be found trying a new restaurant with his wife or spending time out in nature with his Golden Retriever, Casserole (or Cassie for short).
